Scott Kirk is the Broker/Owner of Weichert Realtors – Sierra Pacific Group (SPG), a family-owned, full-service brokerage based in Folsom. A REALTOR® licensed since 2010, he has closed more than 500 transactions over 16 years across Folsom, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, Roseville, and Sacramento.

Scott got into real estate coming out of the 2009 recession, when most people were getting out. He built his career in a hard market, founded his own boutique brokerage — Sierra Pacific Realty — and ran it for five years before partnering with Weichert. He chose Weichert because it's privately held and still run like a family business, which matched how he already ran his own.

Today Scott's focus is broker leadership: recruiting agents, developing them into full-time producers, and running a brokerage where the math works in the agent's favor. At SPG there are no desk fees and no E&O pass-through, and the compliance record is clean. Agents get a working broker who has done 500+ deals himself and answers his phone.

Scott also brings a deep working knowledge of mortgage lending — conventional and government loan guidelines, qualifying income, and financing structure — which he uses to keep transactions together when the loan gets complicated.
